ontrack Hub Reference Data
This following section covers the reference data that is related to ebs: ontrack Hub:
Use the Register Usage Codes reference data to manage the values that are used by staff to mark registers. There are three different mark types that hold usage codes:
- Learner
- Staff

Room and Staff mark types are the same except they do not have a Positive Attendance or a Positive for EMA fields but are not relevant to users of ebs: ontrack Hub.
Note: When you mark a register, the staff and rooms associated with it will be automatically marked with the default positive mark for them. This can then be edited in ebs: shape after if necessary.
